I shailesh ,having an faa,cpl/ir mel,of 500hrs &200hrs of multi,would like if any one could guide me,looking for a job in corporates,that teels to pay for thew training&absorbs u as a f/o on contract.

Hi Shailesh,
I suggest that you start by applying to the regional airlines first, unless you can afford a 737 type rating,which would get you a job anywhere at the moment!!..Most corporate companies require atleast 2500 hours...Otherwise,try the little charter companies with a few Bizz jets for a leg up into the Bisiness Aviation sector.
Ofcourse a CAA..or should i say a JAA licence will be compulsory in Europe!!
One other thing..i suggest (no offence)
that you purchase an English dictionary before making applications in English.
