Premier 1 Certification

Has anybody heard news about the cert. of the Premier 1 by Raytheon ?
Rumours were, that it would get the ticket early this year ?

Last thing I read was March/April this year. There had been some problem I believe in further protection in the wheel wells being needed to cope with tire bursts.
