Having only just recently entered the GA field I am curious as to whether there are any companies that have chief pilots with at least mildly nice personalities? It s**ts me that they have to be like this to pilots.

I'm sure I'm not the only one as I hear often that chief pilots are like this but surely there must be good companies with good CP for low timers and if not what have you done to make it that bit easier??

eg. Requested they be nice :) , grin and bear it???? What???

"Capt" DM out at Airlink Airlines Dubbo is a top bloke! :yuk:

Always treats his pilots with respect, never seen him raise his voice or hurl abuse at anyone! :ugh:

The CP at Airline Flying Club in Auckland NZ is the only decent one I've ever met in NZ..onya Loco:ok:
