CAE in Dubai do 320 type ratings, however as far as I know they dont deal with individuals. Their training is only available for corporate contracts. Is only US$13000 to do it in the US.

Air Arabia uses a company in France, however the cost for that is 69,000 Euro's !!!!!

There's an A320 sim in Jordan and one in Tunisia, so they would be good places to start looking. The one in Tunisia is used by Nouvelair and Tunisair, I think part-owned by them. I don't know if Nouvelair do a TRTO for non-Tunisians, I think the Tunisian CAA insist on 500 hours on type before they will give a validation. As far as I know, CAE in Dubai just dry-lease their sims.
