Does anyone have any info on proposed start up in Togo by the 'airline promotion company SPCAR'.

Believe they are intending on taking up some of the old Air Afrique routes.

Google on 'spcar' will reveal this is an ongoing project since 2005. Only goodwill, no capital, no AOC, no aircraft.
