Biz jet employmet...Africa...Aussie pilot

Can anyone offer any ideas on employment in the biz jet industry for an Aussie bloke that has 5000tt,1500multi,600turbine.Especially the countries that you can convert an Australian licence over to the appropiate country without too much hassle. With these hours, is it unrealistic to chase a co-pilot biz jet position?
