JCB again!

JCB are back in Flight again looking for crews.

What gives, why such a high tunover?

I applied to their last ad. With 3000Hrs and 1500 on a very similar bizjet type l thought l'd at least get an interview.

All l got was a fairly sharp letter stating that l didn't meet their profile! What ever that may be.

Any thoughts?

A mate of mine went for an interview he was told that they had got a couple of guys in mind with ratings on the A/C so he didn't get a look in either

Why the high turnover? Can only be one of two things. Their selection process or the conditions need reviewing.

Unless you are ex-squadron, you have got more chance of plaiting fog.
Dont waste your time.
