Hey folks,
Have my NATS class 1 medical coming up on the 25th and I'm a bit worried about the lung function tests :ugh:
I have a peak flow meter at home and can manage between 500-550 with a good blow. I'm really paranoid that this isn't going to be enough. I stopped smoking last week in the hope that this will help it rise a little. Is there anything else I can do to improve my score?
Thanks in advance for any insights
