Has anybody got more background on the following ? It's from an article published in the latest Pilot magazine.

A cabin crew suffered serious injuries when a Falcon 900 suffered an inflight upset. During the decent into a Michigan airport the F/O noticed the plane appeared not to level off at the assigned altitude and attempted to level off by using back pressure on the yoke without disconnecting the autopilot. When he subsequently relaxed the backpressure the plane went into a series of violent oscillations before it was brought under control.

This incident seems remarkable similar to the upset of a Greek Government Falcon 900 which killed six people.
