Info on Palm Islands Dubai please

Sorry for non-aviation question...

Does anyone in Dubai have any reliable info on when the 2nd payment will be requested by Nakheel for property on Palm Jebel Ali? I haven't had much luck trying to get any info out of them.

Any (objective please) feedback on what people's impressions are of The Palm Jumerah now owners are starting to take possession? i.e. anyone know if they are happy bunnies generally or not?

Have a look on the newJebel Ali airport development. If you are lucky you won't be on the path of approaching or departing aircraft of what supposed to become the largest airport in the world.
