Yeah and I'd heard Robert Inglis is the new GM of Mt Cook:ugh:

J Rambleton always dangles the carrot to the dudes at Air NSN re:Q400X but the truth is they are many many moons away, however if anyone can get them he can!

I think flash123 mentioned Q400, NOT the Q400X. Now there's a rumour all on its own!!!

baz, not giving ya a slap!

The Q400X is the longer version of the Q400, a cheap(ish) way of getting near 100 pax from AA-CH and only a wee bit slower than the 733.

was interested what these guys actual minimum requirements are, apart from the 50 IFR in NZ thing IF it is true.

No worries bud! I know exactly what it is and I think you find it actually 90 pax, but 90 or 100 who gives a toss aye? All the words I hear at work from Rambleton is generally around the interest in the Q400X and not the standard 70 pax config.

Arrogance at its best, Wombleton thinks he's getting 90 seater's, more far fetched than Mt Cook getting jets, at this stage of the game anyway.
