It is possible that this may have been mentioned on these forums before but I bring it back as the state of the Armed Forces seems to be full of it more than ever. I certainly remember having to deal with plenty of it from small-minded jobsworths who wouldn't know which end of a weapon (any weapon) not to point at one's self ....... never mind military ethos! Does this sound familiar? :ok:

Anyway, back to topic, I don't think the armed forces are unique with respect to irritating jobsworth :mad: s who annoy the living :mad: out of every sensible person they come into contact with. They are just part of life and should be treated with the degree of importance they deserve.

having spent 6 years in the military and nearly a year in the real world, I can confirm that both have their share of petty jobsworths. :mad:
