Air Asia ATR/Myanmar

I heard a rumour that Air Asia might start operating ATRs.

Does anyone have any info on this?

In light of the massive jet orders, is it likely that Air Asia will employ foreigners?

Also, I would be interested to know if operators in Myanmar are still employing foreigners for their ATR fleets, or if it is closed shop now.
