Add to that the less than stellar handling service and obscene waiting times for fuel due to lack of FBO competition... and yes we can agree that Dublin sucks if you are a bizjet operator.

Check out www.aerrianta.ie

Its now going to cost you 585 euros to park a narrow body aircraft there for 24 hours. Does anyone know how much it was before these recent price increases?

Good question Mutt - we parked our megawhopper widebody there for two days over December and the bill was only Eur 365 - that's only Eur 182.50 per night. Looking at their site, it would now cost us Eur 1464 for two days - now that is some escalation. Around the 300% mark.

Sounds like Africa, rather than the Green Isle.

I have heard that the costs would come down but no new yet. Weston is the nearest airfield. Ok . .Just turn up the pressure on Execair and the airport, they have not let anyone know that there charges were to go up.

Alternative? I know of Baldonnel, east of the city, but I'm not sure if it'll take biz-jets. Other than that, you'd be heading for Cork etc....

I work for Execair at Glasgow but dont profess to know what the costs are re arking, I would be surprised if refuelling times are still long now that we are there as we always give quick turnaround where required but why not check out our website : www.execair.co.uk or alternatively e-mail : [email protected] I certainly know for a fact handling is much better since we took over Parc Handling.

Under the new pricing scheme, ART are also calculating the aircrafts ACN. Can anyone please tell me what "ACN's" have to do with landing fees?

Why should we have to pay more if we fly a MD11 with the center gear retracted?
