View Full Version : Help with French over-60 rules
I've just had a very attractive offer from a local Company but it involves operating a private Citation into France. I would be grateful if someone with access to the French AIP could tell me if the PIC over-60 rule applies to this type of operation.

Shaky,
i have no access to a french AIP; but as far as I know the Age 60 is current only for Commercial operated Airplanes...BTW the CAA should be able to tell you, or maybe try to contact FSI in Le Bourget- as "Citationist" you might be a customer for them... the head of tng (forgot his name) is a very professional guy with a good knowledge of what is fact in france

In fact the only thing you can not do in
France after 60 is Freight Passenger or Post
meaning you can't work for an airline.
The rest , business jet, instructor ,
crop dusting and so on are fine !!! :p :)
