Over here in the States, fuel comes pre-mixed
with anti-ice and we can take pressure re-fuelling. We hopped over to Europe recently and had to buy this stuff in cans which didn't seem to mix too well so we ended up over-wing like at a gas station.
Anyone know a way to mix that crap with the fuel and still get a pressure fill?
Airplane by the way is a Citation 5 Ultra.

You've got me thinking - the freeze point of Jet A1 is -47 Celsius or -52.6 Fahrenheit - that's awful cold - does the operating manual of the Citation V recommend using additives? If so, the way you did it will be the only way I can think of.

I manage three Lears (35,36) in S. Italy. We operate all over Europe, N. Africa, and the Middle East.

We are faced with carrying our own canned Prist with us. There are very few civilian airports over here that provide premix (Jet A-1+), except for the military fields that we land at.

It is a big pain the the behind.
