Spanish ICAO VFR charts! (help)

Hi!

Can anyone give a hint on where to get hands on some VFR charts for Spain. We're having a survey around the country and need them in a hurry. Jepp doesn't make them and we're hoping that we don't have to use ONC's

Spain is a signatory to ICAO I presume? Doesn't that then obligate them to produce charts etc? Including WACs?

Try contacting the Spanish powers-that-be or perhaps BAe in Jerez would give you a pointer...
