they are loosing alot of pilots at present, have a mate with them who recently joined and is not at all happy!! he'll be leaving soon!! look at any offer you get from them VERY CAREFULLY!!! good luck!

Not quite sure where you're getting your info BAlite but I think your source needs checking.
As far as I am aware there have only been one or two people leave and one of those was 'released'.
Recruitment? It's inevitable when you see how many aircraft are on order. As for looking at any offer very carefully, surely you'd do that anyway?
