I've got an interview for S/O coming up at the end of May and was wondering how much not having a college degree would affect their decision to hire me? Thanks for any info

Having called you for an interview should've answered that. I don't think they'll waste their time and yours if they think you didn't have a hope in hell.

Think positively.

Collage degree means absolutely nothing here at CX..... it's all about "experience commiserate with age". You obviously fly a Lear 31 (at age 28) and since you have been called for the interview, you fit the hiring criteria.

My advice is this.... CX does not interview people that that don't already want to hire. The only thing that will prevent you from getting in is you. Study hard... put the work in and you'll be fine.

Good luck :ok: and hopefully we will have a pay rise by the time you get here
