I'm currently tasked with crew rostering for a corporate flight department. Can anyone advise me if there is software available which would assist me in this? Given that the fleet is diverse (7 types, including a heli) and pilots are cross-qualified on up to 3 types, is it a miracle that I'm seeking?? Any help would be appreciated - perhaps a program like Solver could work - any ideas?

We've got a pretty good system working. 10 days off a month, 6 fixed and 4 allocated by the company. Requests in by the 15th of previous month. Company can move days by mutual consent with 4 working days notice. If needed on an 'off' day you will get 1 days pay plus additional off day in new roster period. Pilots help by co-ordinating days amongest each other.
