News on the Bizjets G/A forum again that the above are in administration. Is this true, or is someone trying their damndest to make it true?

Shooting the messenger helps no-one!

I didn't start the original thread and I'm not the straw that breaks the camels back!

The creditors are the straw and these guys know when they're not being paid!

t'rumour mill

Why are you getting hyped up about an outfit that clearly operates tackle outside your league? Given your name and location (3000 feet), thas can keep flying t'little 172's ova Barnsley. :)

We are not under Administration, we are having some difficulties but after some restructuring we hope to have some good news this coming week.

Fact is Chauffair has suffered through someone’s stupid/possibly fraudulent behaviour. This has been stopped well before it became critical. The company has very strong foundations with an excellent staff, good aeroplanes and quality work in its order book.

The only thing which could cause them problems from here out is rumourmongers and trashy journos looking to make a crisis out of an incident.

Oh and overly curious ”Senior Aviation Analysts” Who if they were “Senior” would be able to “Analyse” the effect of a thread headed “Chauffair Troubles”

Thanks Mzee,

Glad to hear it, lets hope you guys can get over an obviously difficult period.

Well so much for our hopes!

We went into Administrative Receivership yesterday PM, all because of a crass lack of fiscal management. Great operation and great engineering all wasted, a crying shame, makes me want to spit at the thought of such a human resource lost after so long!!

There are signs that the soul is still alive and maybe just maybe the Phoenix may arise.

In the meantime Gizza job!

But how can something so good go so wrong!?!?

They were doing OK and getting lots of work.

What happened!!!!?

I bet TAG Aviation are a bit concerned as they have invested millions in Chauffair's home, Farnborough, with CFR being the main player there.

Comiserations to all involved. Very Sad.

Hey Mzee,

See if you can find out who the receiver is, i know a few friends with gallons of money that would fancy a punt like Chauffair.

As you say, Nick did well with the engineering and the whole set-up really, just a shame its gone "Pete Tong" when new toys are arriving and the punters like them.
