does anyone know how busy the UK charter Citation Excels are - are they taking some of the 125 market share ?

ps I hear there will be another Excel on the UK charter market this year - any ideas whose it is ?

I can't speak for LEA but Chauffair's is very busy, no it does not take much of the 125 market. The clients love it.

New Excel may be Channel Isles based.

Also heard that there could be an Excel heading BHX way! Aren't Chauffair planning to get some more soon?

Sorry to spoil the party guys, but I heard today that Chauffair have gone into administration, clearly not enough business for their aircraft. Sorry to hear that yet more well qualified and capable pilots are out of work and I hope someone can confirm or deny this rumour?

King Lear, ..."clearly not enough business for their aircraft".... Please get your facts right before making comments like this.

FYI The aeroplanes make a very good profit so please reel your neck in until you know what you're talking about.

It's people like you that cost others their jobs.

King Lear

Bit quick off the mark I'm afraid, Chauffair not in administration. Be careful!

You won't get thanked for these kinda comments!!

So the LEA Excel's for sale already?? They haven't had it long have they? Surely the owner can't be bored with it already!

From the information here then it would seem the Excel hasn't had a very good start to life on the UK register, shame really, lovely aircraft.

What a load of hogwash, facts; both Excels are doing just fine, LEA's is in the US for Warranty Mods and Chauffair's is still being well used and thoroughly enjoyed by it's clients. They have been exceedingly well received by brokers and clients alike.
