Hi!

Can anyone give me a few hints on the procedure of converting/validating a JAR frozen ATPL license to the Australian/NZ license. Hrs (if appl) are around 4000 with a DHC-8 rating.

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but the search function is some what stuck this evening!

Guys,

What are the chances of getting work as PIC on a PA31 type over the summer? I've looked thought JP's airline fleet listings and see there are quite a few operators.

Is this work difficult to get? Excuse my ignorance in advance!

S&S, why is your licence still frozen if you have 4000+ hours?

Anyway, answers to all your questions are here. (http://www.casa.gov.au/fcl/faq_fcl.htm)

MK, work on PA-31 is still hard to get, but if you have some previous experience (around 100 hours type) should be achievable, assuming you have the licencing sorted first!
