I understand that the tender offer for Belmont closed at the end of March.

Any rumours on who is in the running for the development? According to the council minutes it should be aviation related.

Central Coast Aero Club (http://www.ccac.com.au/index.htm)has designs on this site as an alternative to Warnervale. I do not know if they were successful.
