Rizon is going to be a new charter operator based out of Bahrain and Sharja.
1 Pemier 1A arriving in the next few days , second in a few months with a Hawker 900XP on order for Nov 2007. Big bucks backing and some good management experience too. Direct competition for the likes of Bexair and some other local charter people.
Aim to offer inflight secretarial services etc..??
Good luck

If you were little bit serious with this industry you would find some news about this company and it's recent orders. You are asking for news which are available while spreading rumors which seems to be very precise... I already spotted your nice first post on the prestige topic (which was erased since) and I just wonder what you are trying to show.

they have unprofessional managers, specially their head of dispatcher his name is Rushdy i guess he thinks he is the CEO, and he is the best.

Thank you for your participation and consistent comment about this company. Do you have anything to add beside naming someone you don't like? I mean facts... It would also add some credibility if you could explain where does your experience come from.

If it's true that the choice of the Beech Premier is not the best when it comes to hot weather operations, at least they didn't make the mistake to go for VLJs as most of the competitors did. In addition it seems they have a quite reasonable and realistic market positioning on the contrary of the bunch of VVVIP (really?) operators.

If the management is so bad you shouldn't have any problem to elaborate with facts.

Rizon Jet is bad company to work. They do not have money and did not paying the bils. Lays Of for pilots and they is not operating good at the moment. The managment is rubish, all steal the money and no pay the bils.

Be bery careful of these company. Think of Prestige Jet is you wants to come to good company. All they say about Prestige Jet is rubish about we no payng bils. We have over 200 million in the bank and open more office. We the best company in the middle east. Good aircraft, good mantenance, and good managment that did not steal money like Rizon and Gulf Jet.

Best rumors I've heard in ages - you've got to hand it to our new member Tayar - he's got the 'nads to come on here and slug it out with his detractors and competitors rather than taking the traditional path of threatening all and sundry with legal action.

Go ahead Mr. Tayar, the floor is yours.

Tayar,

Are you seriously on here trying to bad-mouth another Operator after trying so 'valiantly and eloquently' to get others to leave your company alone?

You are absolutely discrediting yourself when you accuse the Rizon management of the same things your own company has been denying. Is this ignorance or a sordid way of directing attention away from your own concerns?

I support S.F.L.Y.'s call to the moderators of this site to monitor your remarks.

PS. We STILL don't care what your bank balance is

I'd certainly like to work for Rizon - met the CEO at Al Ain and he's a total legend. Good reputation in the UK and I understand that the people who worked with him previously followed him to Rizon so clearly can't be bad to work for...

Reidyboy,

The hangar at Biggin is not finished. I was down there the other day and was fortunate enough to go inside and the interior fit-out is now well underway. I was told that the hangar and maintenance side of things should be ready by the end of May with the FBO following around a month later.

I have to say it looks pretty good and will be great for the airport.

Briefly met one of their Hawker pilots while taking my cat to the vet the other day. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to conduct my normal pilot cross examination. He's been with them for 3 years I think he said. That's all I know... Also some articles in the local paper how Rizon management feels they are getting the shaft from Qatar Airways and thus from the government. Sorry I can't be more help to you.

Just noticed both C605's owned by Rizon are for sale by Boutsen Aviation. whats the story?

LGW Vulture
26th Feb 2013, 08:35
One of their Owners is moving into a Global 5000, can't speak about the other.....yet!

....and by the way, their Hawker 900XP is also up for sale. I think I can safely say the Owner has finally realised he can't buy airframes and charter them out to make a profit. How silly someone didn't tell him! :ugh:

Unfortunately for those who are working with Rizon, it is a fact. I do not know details, but a friend of mine works in the cockpit and he, along with many others, been given 3 months notice

Sad indeed!
