Sorry if this has been raised before. I did a search but appears not to have been asked before.
Some months ago, whilst I was in a sunny place ending in stan, I set the security permissions in IE to high because Junior glide was just setting out on 'adolescent journeys' through the interweb!! Now I am back at home I am finding it a pain but can I remember the password to amend the settings. No! :O
I have gone through al the variations of passwords I can think off to no avail. Is there a system way I can reset the password and then chose one I can remember?
Thanks in advance

http://www.rlrouse.com/content-advisor-password.html

Open the registry editing utility. Click Start, then Run. In the box, type regedit and the registry editor will open

Using the navigation tree on the left side of the registry editor window, navigate to this registry key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings]

Click on the key to highlight it, then press the Delete key. You have just deleted the registry key that contains the content ratings and password.

Click File, then Exit to exit the registry editor.

Thanks, ZH. All sorted and yes, I have made a very cryptic note this time.
