Hiya

Just wondering if anyone who knows about CAP371 and also cabin crew FDP's could help me with the following?

When taking the maximum allowable cabin crew FDP, this starts from your report time.

However where there seems to be a grey area is when its tight on your hours.

So my question is, can your FDP then be worked out on the flight deck report time, in this case, 15 minutes later?

Thanks

Max allowable FDP is based on your report time plus 1 hour extra for the pleasure of being Cabin Crew.
The only grey area if you could call that is when the report time for Cabin Crew is in a different time band ie you report 0745 and Pilots 0800 so then you could be the limiting factor. If the report time is an "early" then the max allowable FDP is based on the Pilots max allowable FDP but then added to your report time (if my memory serves me right as I don't do CC anymore)
On your last para you therefore may have to be more time specific , i.e what time of day are you talking about?. If you state report and sectors someone will work out both FD and CC last lands for you i'm sure. :\
