Anyone have a Place to download Approach Plates for Africa? Or Should I Just Stay with my Jepps Thanks

Say with yr Jepps or better still, get an EFB from Jepp, saves all the paper.

It depends, for western Africa, you can have all of them for free on www.ais-asecna.org, this is for the asecna zone.
It is in french, but you have plenty of information for free on this site.:)

I am going to Lybia for several weeks at the end of March in Cessna 337. I didn't find any Lybian charts.

That would be nice if you can give me a hint to have access to some approach charts.
