NJE - FO Salary scales

I was hoping that current or previous NJE FO's might be able to indicate what kind of length of service based pay rise / salary accumulator is in place over and above the entry-level salary.

Also - does the per diem increase once you reach Captaincy?

In anaswer to your questions,

1. Per diems are ths same for all, FO, Captain and Flight attendent, and it does not increase, 70euros per day away.

2. There is a % yearly increase in salary, cant remember what it is.

3. The loyalty scheme was not designed for FO's and they have been open about saying so. They only regard you worth keeping once you are a captain.

Not a negative posting in anyway, just the facts, as far as I understand it.
