Well said IB57. like it or not the guy is in place so it makes sense to at least give him a shot at getting it all sorted out.
He might even suprise us:eek:
If done properly the rent to buy scheme could be great for those who plan staying for the longer term. unfortunately the track record of Housing/HR to date does little to make one feel confident that they can make it work.
The new salary package does little for Capts, definately a smoke and mirrors job
will this be better.......who knows!!:confused:
