Has CX ever hired SO's with minimum time?

I'm sure we all know what CX's requirements are... ATPL written, 1000 hours TT... however, has anyone ever got hired with those kind of hours?

What sort of turbine/multi time are they looking for?

Would they prefer single-turbine pic over multi-turbine sic?

Has anyone got on with straight multi piston pic?

YES!! I know a couple of guys that came to CX around the 1995/96 time frame that were flight instructors and the biggest thing they flew was a BE-76 Duchess.
