Can anyone shed some light on the Air Asia interview for pilots... what do they ask etc.

they will ask u wether ure interested to pay rm75k for the bond or not..and if u say yes..ure pretty much in!

Just wondering.....
What are there current minimum hour requirements for there FO?, as it does not state on the website, also do they take in second officers with low hours? or do they take in JAA licenses?.

i think only msian lisence are accepted..and they take 200hour pilots for the a320's

Doesn't that say it all.... Just tell them tony is the greatest, you would love to pay for your rating, uniform, meals and transportation. Also ask them if you could pay for anything else. Tell them you will work for peanuts and after that scratch your armpits and answer all further questions with ugh who who.
