If you do a search, you'll find that he's selling a few things...such as...
Ansett Australia Flight Notification form and VFR Flight Log from Airservices Australia filled out by the Pilot in Command for the flight from Melbourne to Cairns to Darwin to Melbourne on the 08/03/2001. Brand new got off airservices australia, has been sitting in plastic Pocket for 4 and a half years.
