What's going on there with EMS in Ontario. I see there are about 12 job postings. 6 FO's and 6 Captains for various bases. That's quite a bit isn't it?:eek:

Maybe the new "Contract" isn't so good after all, especially with the industry being so good right now. Living in Toronto/Halifax isn't cheap.
Just a thought.

No postings for Halifax. 1 captain and one FO for toronto...rest are spread all over.

We have lost a few pilots to CHC but are getting some back in return...
Four of the positions are new positions that recognize the fact that some of the bases have lots of senior pilots with 4 weeks vacation time and we simply need the bodies for shift coverage...
yes we have lost some guys, but the FO's still make more money with CHC in Bangladesh or Nigeria, (if that's your cup of tea..). But FO's won't be FO's forever and the top dollar for PICs in 3 yrs will >$100G base pay. Pretty good for a 'base' job.
