Britain seems to have a severe shortage of places which can offer FI training.

I'm a 250-hour CPL(H) with current ratings on B206, R44, R22, looking for a JAA FI(H). Keen to instruct - I've been a trainer in my previous life in television. PM me for a CV.

Living in London but I'm happy to move!

So... who can offer training at the moment?

Sorry to say it (g-mady!), but you won't go wrong with a search of previous threads.

But to start you off (for Darn Sarf), I'd suggest that you start by looking at:

Helicopter Services @ Wycombe
Fast @ Shoreham
Aeromega @ Cambridge

The same individuals' names will probably start cropping up once you start asking around.

PS Benet - Have you applied for the GAPAN FI(H)/R Scholarship yet? Closing date for applications is 11th April 2007. Very, very worthwhile. More details here (http://www.gapan.org/careers/scholarships/schols07.htm).

You say you're willing to move but how far???

The Helicentre at Liverpool can do you an FI(H) course.

or if you fancy further afield

HAI (soon to become the Bristow Academy) in Florida also do JAA FI(H) courses.
