I was wondering how the contact is between flight deck and cabin crew ??
Do you ever spend some time with them down route ??
I work for a UK outfit and I have to say we have in general a really good relationship with the cabin crew. Especially when we spend some time together down route. I actually know quite a few ppl.
Just one of those things you are not looking for when changing airline, but nice extra`s as such. Depending your personality off course, but I firmly believe in a good working relationship. Not only in the flight deck and with the whole crew. Social contact keeps my ticker going.
