Jet Tran Airways in RSA

Saw an MD83 from Jet Tran Airways depart from Johannesburg last week.Thought they were operating from Europe.What are they doing so far South.Does anyone know where they would be operating from in Africa?

I saw it at JNB about 2 weeks ago, operating for Rwanda Express.
