What would you reasonably expect as captain on a PC-12 or similar SE turboprop?
Fulltime position, base in Central Europe, fractional ownership scheme.

Hi PicMas,

When I started my professional flying career on a PC12 some 11 years ago, I was on CHF 4500.- x 12 plus social benefits and expenses. My colleague (approx. 5000 hrs experience at that time) was on CHF 5700.- x 12 plus, plus.

Happy landings,
g5tom

I love when people provide some good quality answers, and don't waste other people's time:D

I would probably say in the region of 50000 euros per annum for central Europe would be reasonable - maybe even a bit more. I know 1 person who flies PC-12 freelance in the UK, and he is paid 370 euros per day, no matter if he flies 1 hr or all day. 15 days work in one month = 5550 euros = 66600 per year. It also depends what the cost of living is in that area where you can expect to live. These figures are before tax.

370€/day (flying or not) is quite realistic although I would aim for 400.
