I would be interested to know what the state of the GA scene is currently?

I flew with Brico Air quite a few years back, but their web site seems to have disappeared since.

I noticed a couple of light aircraft in Tobago when I was there last. Are any locally owned or are they over from Trinidad.

"Born and bred" with the islands hence my interest but in the UK. FAA and JAR licenses with multi and instrument.

Not much on the GA scene, one private jet based at piarco operated by guardian life.Quite a few of ex BWIA drivers looking for jobs.I would say stagnant. With a JAR license I think better for you over there.Unless I mis read your post and you just want to do sight seeing ,I believe Brico is still up and running, though quite pricey for rentals I hear.

Hi Camprax

No it was just private flying I was interested in - perhaps a spot of self fly hire and whether there were many privately owned light singles or twins.
