Hello all,

I am just about to complete the online app. for cathay and was looking for some good tips on what they may be looking for in the last 2 questions ( why cathay, apart from a good pilot what other skills are.......) Any help with this subject would be great , Thanks!!!

I second everything above, when filling out those questions you should be telling them what you believe and what makes you wanna fly etc not want they wanna hear. Be yourself and be honest throughout selection, and dont jump the gun, i know someone who was preparing for the tech interview (#2) before he had even got through the first stage, so i would say take it as it comes, prepare everything to a finite detail about what you have coming up, not about where you think you may get as this guy got rejected on the first and never made it to #2.
