Realistic credentials to join Netjets

Maybe some of the newhires in NJE would care to reveal the REALISTIC experience level for consideration.

Not talking about the cadet scheme...

I'm just about to finish the JAR exams and flying, and would like to continue in corporate aviation (currently capt. on King Air)
