Who is the best contract company to work For?
Where is the best contract??

This is only trying to find what other contract pilots think? Not trying to start and poo throwing match!!!!

I would say , Qwilla due to the fact that they are small , a company that can be controlled and are paying the best.
History will show us that a few S.A. contract companies did grow too quickly and bit the dust.
It's a futile exercise to mention these companies but those of us whom have been in contracts know who they are.

But yeah, i think that Qwilla is the best company to work for as they pay better than most, so i hear.

Won't comment on companies, but Pakistan has always been a winner! And forgot to mention, BJ is an absolute gent to work for, full of :mad: but down the line.

Agreed, I worked for them untill August 2006, left to move to bigger things. They are IMHO way above the rest in ALL aspects of their operations, and they pay a fair wage. BJ knows the business.
