SAAB 340 type ratings

Hi all,
Need to do a SAAB 340 type rating ASAP in either NZ or Australia. Does anyone know anywhere that will provide such training?

I'm surprised you need to do your own training, every SAAB operator I know of in this region will train you. :=

I'm pretty sure the Ansett simulator centre in Melbourne would conduct them. I don't know what they call themselves these days though.

Air Nelson do their sim training in Melbourne. Perhaps you could call them for details.

I dont think any of the local operators are approved to do endorsments for pilot's who are not employees of their company.
