Dear Gentlemen,

I am very confused by the topic "Training Aspects of Cadet..".

Are the interviewers looking for how well we present on the understanding of the training scheme's structure during the 60 weeks; or are they looking for a presentation on our views and opinions about the scheme?

Thanks for reading and looking for your reply,
Bye for now,
Gabriel

They are looking for a 5 min talk on the training aspects of the CPP, i spoke about adelaide, ac type, course structure etc... BUT what you talk about is up to you, there is no correct talk to give, they want to see you, I always tend to think that if they say 'not more than 5 mins' then they mean nearer 5 mins than say 1, plus i think it more formal to stand whilst giving a presentation. I know some guys who gave a 2 min presentation sitting down, i dunno if they got through. Nevertheless best of luck, when is your interview?

bjbb,

Thanks for your reply. I haven't applied CPP yet, but I think it would be better to start preparing now.

So did you get through to the next stage?

Regards,
Gabriel

17? you kidding me? I thought you have to be 18 to apply for cadetship. And is absolutely amazing that you passed your 2nd interview, so well done again! which school do you go to by the way?

I haven't applied yet to CX, but I will do when I am ready. Whats your preparation like?

thanks. prep is going ok, finding out all about corporate structure aswell as keeping up to date on fleet info and tech knowledge. Heaavy going with all this other school work. Little bit worried about what im meant to be preparing as im sorta researching things that i think may come up and would love it if some one could tell me if im going off the tracks or what i could add to it. I go to Oundle school, its in northamptonshire.

When are you going to apply? i dunno how i got accepted at 17 must have liked what they saw on the application. I did work hard though to give myself the best possible chance as i wasnt too sure about accpetance at my age either but..here i am thankfully!

o i see... how long have u been in the uk? I've been here for 5 years, and my school is down in the sussex near Gatwick.
Its very tempting for me to hand in the application now..... but the thing is I also have to consider about university. tough choice! so it is very unlikely for me to drop uni at this stage. therefore, I would rather give myself a few years to be very well prepared for this job. by all means, getting more experiences in both flying and social; speak and write better english... lol; and learn more stuff about CX.
So, what do you think of the first two stages? any particular areas you found difficult?

hey heres my msn: [email protected] feel free to talk.
Speak soon

I htink the reason they take you in anyway is because by the time you finished your interviews you will be over 18...so I guess they tihnk it's okay. My friend did that too, he's just over 19 when he completed the training.

I guess I'll start filling my appli, i'm 16!! :} :} lol
