I appreciate that the fare basis on Lo-Co is buy and fly or cancel and no refund. However, if one does not fly can one claim a refund of the Air Passenger Duty which has been collected but is, presumably, not due to be paid if one does not make the trip? If a refund is due how does one set about reclaiming it? Premium rate phone line I imagine!
