Flying in a private VIP Ops, we plan to buy a BBJ relatively soon.
I would appreciate operating costs and landing fees comparisons if anyone has some

There are a number of reputable contracting firms who will provide you with assistance in connection with the requirments for operating a BBJ. Their services include, to name a few.

Flight planning and PLOGs;
Landing permits;
In flight diversions with permits if required via SATCOM.
International legal requirements along with legal reps in locations as mey be required;
Over flight permits;
Fuel contracts;
Parking arrangements;
Catering;
Mx and cleaning while out on the road;
Deicing if required;
Hotels and car rentals for crews;

One company which I have used in the past was Base Ops in Houston, and Universal. I am now in the scheduled flying game now. Using a contracting firm saved us a lot of head aches and everything was complete and accurate.
