Down at the bottom is an e-mail adress of the BPol-Fliegergruppe.

there are two e-mail adresses, the first one is for the Flight Training Organisation of BPOLFLG and the second one down at the bottom of the mentioned page is the contactadress of BPOLFLG.

Have you tried running the BPol website through Babelfish? It's not perfect but it's certainly readable.
