Can anyone tell me where I can find reliable (and preferably free) info about gulf carriers (GF, EY, EK, G9, J9, KU, SV, WY) load factors on intra middle east/Gulf routes?? I'd appreciate any tip...

Have a nice one!

You mean, like, for non-rev travel?

If your airline is a member, www.flyzed.com gives an indication of whether things look OK, or if they are grim. No load numbers are mentioned though. Contact your Staff Travel department to see if they are a member, in which case they will give you the login ID and password.

Another one that is good is http://www.amadeus.net (http://www.amadeus.net/home/index.htm). Gives availability information, but once again, no load numbers.

Most airlines consider this proprietary information. A few years ago, a major airline in North America took a Low-Cost Carrier to court accusing them of Corporate Espionage after it was discovered that they had infiltrated their Employee Travel Website and copied load information (I'm talking about thousands of hits from the same source per day).

No site can give you true actual loads for obvious commercial reasons, BUT, take a look at
www.idDeals.com (http://www.idDeals.com)
The site uses a clever little calculation to forecast approximate loads for standby chances on ANY scheduled flight worldwide, not just Gulf stuff.

Not 100%, but pretty good for comparison purposes...and when it says 'zero' seats, it is spot on.

Also 5,000 worldwide hotels, instantly bookable at airline id rates.
