Travel City (Excel) 747 delayed yesterday at SFB. The quick story I got was that the flight had arrived and offloaded a drunk pax. The authorities then said they didn't want this pond life and delayed the return flight in an attempt to persuade the airline to reboard and repatriate the bloke they'd just poured out the door. To further muddy the waters they were threatening to prevent the only other UK bound flight departing until the matter was resolved to their satisfaction. They were politely told to shove it since it was none of our business and we left the poor 747 sitting there in the gloom half way through some sort of a mexican stand off.

Anyone any idea who blinked first?

Do the Yanks know that it's illegal to be drunk on board an aircraft?

Don't the Limeys know that they should stop serving the Chavs when they've had too much?

Maybe the taxpayers of Florida have had enough.

Sounds like a documentation problem with the passenger along with a booze problem.
