Have heard Etihad will be holding some recruitment road shows soon after they commence flights here? Anyone have any details?

I would think that they will advertise if they are going to do it.
They hold assesment days all round the world for cabin crew at the moment, but no info on their web site yet for flight crew overeas assesments. If you are interested in them then apply on-line for a job then they will get back to you, maybe. http://careers.etihadairways.com/ehire/english/careers/jobListing.aspx?did=1
Their T&Cs seem to be a bit low for current Gulf standards, so check out the middle east forum to get an idea.

Yes, and while your at it, ask them why 75% of expat flight and cabin crew have left in the last 18months. The response will be something like the old deer caught in the headlights. !!! Shocking, shocking outfit. Dont go anywhere near them.

75% in 18 months? what are you on? Maybe RAT POISON.
I think those road shows were for cabin crew. Not drivers.
I suppose if you go there you should know what you're getting yourself into.
